5. What information do I need to provide a free staging quote?

A free staging is a preliminary estimate provided to a client based on information about their space and staging needs.
• Property size (square footage)
• Rooms to be staged
• Any preferences or goals

6.) How much is a consultation?
​
Ele'Mar INSPIRED offers a consultation service priced starting at $250 for up to 2 hours. During this time, we’ll assess your property (whether occupied or vacant), discuss your staging goals, and offer professional guidance tailored to your needs.

If additional time is needed, beyond the initial 2 hours, $150 per hour.​

8). How much does it cost to stage a home?

Vacant home staging can involve higher cost because it requires careful planning, selecting the right furniture and decor from our inventory, packing, delivering and labor. These elements, along with the rental fees for the furnishings provided, contribute to the overall expense. The cost of staging also depends on factors such as the type of service, property size, level of staging (Basic, Signature, or Premium Lux), and the duration of the staging period."

9.) How long does the staging process take?
​
The duration of the staging process depends on the property's size and the level of detail required for the staging plan. In most cases, the actual staging is completed within 1 to 2 days. We pride ourselves on working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results, ensuring your property is prepared and market-ready without unnecessary delays.

11.) When do I need to pay for staging?
​
Deposit and Payment Terms: To secure your scheduled staging date, allow us to carefully plan, and select curated furniture for the property, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due four days before the scheduled staging date. (We do not accept checks, but we accept various other payment methods for your convenience.)

12.) Will staging increase the sale or rental price of my property?
Yes! Staging can significantly increase the perceived value of your property, leading to faster sales or leases and often at higher prices.

​13.) How far in advance should I book staging services?
We recommend booking staging services at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that timelines can be tight, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

14.) Can I make changes to the staging once it's complete?
Once the staging is completed, we ask that no changes or alterations be made to the furnishings or décor. Ele'Mar INSPIRED carefully handles all furniture and décor selections to ensure the property is presented effectively. If adjustments are needed, additional charges may apply.

15.) How much does interior styling cost? ​
​
Interior styling prices vary based on the size of your space, the number of rooms to be styled , and the level of customization.

Styling Consultations – Starting at $250 for up to 2 hours.

Additional Styling and Design services – are billed at $100/hour, or custom flat-rate packages are available for larger projects.

Product Sourcing and Shopping – are billed separately (hourly or flat rate)

Styling fees cover design planning, labor and setup – sourcing furnishings and décor are not included.

A separate shopping budget is provided by the client for purchasing any new pieces.

Additional hours beyond the agreed scoped are billed at $100.00/hour.
